she was freindly, understanderble and i also like her attitude. she made me wanna hear even more. she is greate on what she is doing. PMD please take care of her she's cream of the crop of the company. she is awesome. that is why i took my time to write to you the way i feel about what she's doing. i know some the didn't compliment her in writting but they have appriciated the service they received from her.
