NEVER JOIN PMD

Its almost 3 months since I contacted PMD regarding damages to my car, it is still not fixed, I don't know how long it takes to process a claim but this cannot be it. Im very disappointed and contemplating leaving this people as soon this claim is "finally" done.

The worse part of it all, I was asked to make a affidavit to swear on my location when they could have easily accessed my car tracker report, to top it all, your company wanted access to my telephone records again to proof my whereabouts. I gladly gave all those and permission but still it doesn't sit well with me and constitutes invasion of my privacy. I feel like im being threated like a ********.

I only have 1 car and this is my only means of transport to and from work, and transportation of my kids to & from school. I don't feel safe in it without it being fixed for this long, what if the damages that were identified by the assessors have worsened since then, what then?, am I going to pay for them?
