long wait no payout

<p>i was insured with PMD (Prime Meridian Direct) and got in an accident last year December, it took them a month to send someone from Johannesberg to the accident scene to take pictures and make investigation with the police. two months later they tell me they can only provide me with R6000 as i have accumulated only that amount, on top of everything they told me there's terms and conditions for them to payout the R6000 i have accumulated. till today i'm still waiting for the payout. I personally think that they should tell people that they only cover you for the total loss of the car not to fix your car when it's in an accident.</p>
