How long dose it takes for claim outcome?

on the 16 April 2019 I had a car accident, I then submitted my insurance claim on the 17 April 2019. Till today my claim has not been approved nor rejected, they have asked me to send documents and pics of the car and where the accident happened, they asked me to write an affidavit for PMD to access to my call records from Vodacom on the 2 May 2019, i have called vodacom to see if i can't get the records since PMD says they are still waiting, but was told even if i get them they won't use the records till vodacom sent it direct to PMD. How long dose and what dose it take to get outcome of the claim?.. CL ********** 38...its stressful that everytime when you call PMD they say the same thing its for a month..
