Totally ****ed off

This dental risk company should never exist. I have been trying to get authorisation for a emergency procedure that my son needs to have done in theater but its impossible for them to authorize. They play God and think that they can choose who is ill and who is not. My child is in excruciating pain since Friday and i cant get his abscess sorted out because of theae bunch of fools. Its a waste having medical aid when u cant use it when needed.
