PMC ELECTRONICS - “AUTHORISED SAMSUNG REPAIR CENTRE” - WHAT A JOKE!!

Never in my life have I experienced such poor service from a “SAMSUNG AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE”. If I were Samsung I would distance myself as far away from these guys as possible…they are seriously tarnishing your brand. This is now the fourth time they have repaired the PC Board on my Samsung Dishwasher…charging every time, no problem…blaming the “model” of dishwasher. I collected it again this afternoon and this time they cut into the dishwasher, to repair the PC board and have left it exposed. I’m no electrician but if an exposed PC board gets wet, I’m pretty sure it’ll stop working again. I questioned the owner/ manager on their workmanship and he gave me attitude telling me that I don’t understand electronics. @SAMSUNG - Please jump in here and advise what can be done, as this is totally unacceptable. I am happy to share pics and will be contacting Samsung directly as well as other media. Please urgently advise.
