PMD's panel beaters damage cars

PMD insurance dont care for their clients and they would chose the side of panel beater after they mess up with a car. In 2022 January they told me to take my car to panel beater at Grand auto in Lyndhurst for repair as i broke left side mirror and had scratches on left side of bonnet and other left side. A week or two weeks later they brought the car to my work place. I refused to take the car keys as part of the Kia sign was damaged and the bonnet had marks on it and I even wrote on the form they gave me to sign when recieving the car that it had marks on bonnet. Guys that brought the car phoned Moses from Grand auto and he told me to accept the car and I must bring it back when i get a chance and i did so few days later. They gave me a new sign that was damaged and did something to the bonnet and i was very convinced that the car was fine. First time i took car to car wash it had a funny texture on bonnet and left side and if I could look closely on one window I would see paint. every after car wash bonnet and one left door was getting rough and paint fading away. I took it up with PMD insurance a year later and it also took them a year to investigate and end up taking the side of panel beater where they denied everything. I will never recommend PMD insurance to anyone, Never
