Poor professionalism

I called PMB Fence&wall to insall a fence and gate for me last year. Earlier on this year, the gate catch plate was broken/loose.

I called them to repair the broken catch plate since it hasn't been that long since they had installed my fence and gate. They repaired the broken catch plate (put bigger bolts) and did some work on the rail (which they were supposed to do when they first installed the gate) and slapped ne with an invoice for poor workmanship.
