Bad Customer Care, Aftersales Service and poor workmanship

Where to start? Purchased a vehicle which overheated after two months. Shocking, shocking aftersales service from PMB Autosales. No customer care whatsoever! When they eventually made an effort to repair the vehicle (after nearly a month) it is still not repaired properly and they returned it to me with a cracked windscreen. I cannot believe their attitude towards customer care. So sad that businesses like this are still operating. I will never buy a car from PMB Autosales.
