PMADS #DownWithDictatorships

Good day all.

I would just like to tell you people about the company, PMADS, located in the East Rand.

I have never seen such narcissistic people in my life especially the boss Tom Ventorious. He has such a God complex, that he believes everyone should bow down to him because he knows everything and everyone else knows nothing. Employees who choose to stand up for themselves against this oppressive mentality are unfairly targeted and bul**** on a daily basis until said employee is mentally and emotionally demoralized to the point where they feel they have to leave the company. Tom openly abuses his employees who have their own opinions to such an extent that it becomes impossible to continue to work there.

He makes accusations that he can never show proof on. He never let's your opinions be heard and if he ever did it was only for him to shoot them down.

If you ever use their services, great! But just know that you are empowering a regime that opresses and mistreats those that have the ability of free thinking & those that stand up for what they believe is right. Only if you are a kiss ass you will be accepted and rewarded in this system, you may even be giving a rank of supervisor within a company of 6 employees. This of course is just another example of methods used to demoralize those that are not recognized as equals within a so called "team".

I will spread the word of this, because I am so sick and tired of arrogant people treating us regular folk like ****, it's just not right and I will stand by this.

P. S The facilitators that have been and continue to teach the ETDP courses are not qualified to do so or recognized as certified as ETDP practitioners by SETA.
