Building incompetence at it's worst level

If you are thinking about building a roof room in KZN and hear the names PM Roofrooms or Patrick and Melinda O'Neil, turn and run in the opposite direction. Gross incompetence, shocking standards and non-existent service are the name of the game with zero accountability. We have now had this company at our home for 6 months after being quoted 8-11 weeks for contract completion (weather permitting) and there is still much to be done (with no money).<br> The quality of their staff is half the problem, but the gross negligence and shocking customer service delivered from Mr O'Neil is beyond belief. Full of promises from the start, the O'Neils put your mind at rest with all kinds of assurances regarding their work ethic, but it's all a lie. He and his wife seem to have absolutely no conscience for who they take for a ride and blame everyone else for their mistakes. We have uncovered a host of other clients of theirs that have suffered the same fate and not one client we have found has had the job delivered the way it was promised. <br> Public be warned- stay away from this company at all costs or you will be burned financially. PM Roofrooms should not be in the building trade- period.
