The WORST experience

After Months of waiting for our products that we actually paid for. Paul Maleke from PM media signs has managed to spin us stories to no end as to why he hasn't delivered. The stories went from, "I thought my team has delivered to you " to "we had a problem with artwork, it's fixed now we will print and deliver" to ignoring messages, emails, phone calls, to "I cant deliver I'll send you an address for collection " and now we are at complete silence. I am livid at the lack of integrity and lack of respect. For a business to grow it doesn't matter how SMALL my order is in comparison to the other deals they are landing. I expect to be treated with utmost respect and for the things I've PAID for to be delivered!!! I have NEVER EVER HAD SUCH HORRIBLE service in my entire career!!! I certainly won't be returning to PM media signs!!! The worst part of all for me is the LIES and **** STORIES which are constantly changing... So one doesn't actually know what the truth is. I cannot express enough my dissapointment with this company!!!!!

The STAR rating is one ONLY because I'm forced to rate them, I would rate my experience a zero star if not negative !!!
