Debt Counsellor came to me in a Psychiatrically Hospital

21 August 2015 I was admitted at a Psychiatrically Hospital,while I was there a man with name Paul came and visited me,he told me that he is a Debt Counsellor he is there to help me with my debts,I then told him that I am not interested and I can't make any decisions while I am still there.He asked me if he can check my credit status I agree he ask me to sign I did,he came back the following day with report,only now I realised it was not a credit record it was a statement with the name my creditors.28th of August I received an email with this statement then I ignore the email coz it was something that I already seen.Sep 2015 I received an email from HYPHEN statement was attached and status was inactive still It didn't come to my mind I was on debt restructuring.same month I received an email with a mandate form that is must sign and provide my banking details I ignore the email,I have paid my debts my way without this Debt restructure,Last year I requested a credit score from Experian ts when It was confirmed that I under debt review and they can't have a score for me.I phone NCR to assists me with the matter I provide them with proof (documents) ,NCr reply with email stating that I was over indebted I must find the Counsellor or go to another counsellor,even though I also stated in my email this Paul where his office used to be he is no longer there and all his contacted details didn't exist.I tried to approach SA Consumer also no luck for assistance,send emails to ombudsman send it again to NCR because I don't know what to do anymore,yesterday finally I tracked this Paul guy from FB he **** to me and the last sms from him was BEFORE U SIGN ANYTHING U MUST READ Ts and C's and then he blocked me I need your assistance regarding this matter
