Same complaint as many others: I received no proper confirmation of my purchase, and I have now been waiting close to two weeks for my delivery. The promised delivery date has come and gone, with no clear communication or accountability from the company. At this point, I would strongly caution other customers against ordering from them.

What makes this even more concerning is the lack of transparency on their Facebook and Instagram pages. Most comments appear to be hidden, which raises serious questions about what other customers are saying and why the company does not want those comments visible. I have requested a refund, but based on the experience so far, I am not confident this will be handled properly.

Be careful before spending your money here. This does not feel like a trustworthy business. Their Facebook bio states: "We make slippers & night wear apparel".... exactly just like the slippers on Temu and Shein?
