Om 8 January, 2020 I submitted a complaint regarding an under-filled can of Plush Supreme Microwave Oven Cleaner. A response was received the next day and on 14 January, 2020 a product hamper plus coupons (double the value of purchase value) were delivered! The professional and personal responses received from the company by way of employees Heidi and Refiloe surpass "excellent." It would be great if other companies can follow your lead and learn from Plush what customer "care" is really about. Well done and thank you!
