Rejecting ALL my valid South African Documents

This must be the absolutely worst trading platform in the history of mankind. Not only can't they do their jobs properly, they also made me sign up under false promises of free R200. I validated my address with my bank statement, which I opened with the exact same ID document I submitted for verification. Plus500 tells me it is expired! What a joke!!! I then sent my drivers license and they rejected that too. I then sent a copy of my passport, which they also rejected. I do not think Plus500 has a clue about valid documents from South Africa. Maybe they should come pay a visit to this country and be stopped for their own documents being invalid as per their opinion. <br> <br> I demand an explanation for this unprofessional conduct by a company who claims to be the best as per their website. Let this report be a warning to all who has doubts about Plus500. There are better trade platforms than Plus500 and I will gladly refer you to another except Plus500.
