Plus500 is full of STORIES when they need to pay out.

Guys be warned Plus500 is an dishonest company ! We have registered an account with them to trade on the stock markets. This all went well and easy no problems transferring funds from our accounts to their accounts to start trading.

Then AFTER your put YOUR money in THEIR Bank accounts you get notifications / mails asking that you need to verify details like * Email address * Pone number * Identification documentation

So we thought no Problem this is for good reason and we get all the required documentation upload this to them and verify all that need to be verified. Only the day after our ID documents were uploaded they will in form us that they DONT accept ID Books if the Book is older that 20years. I now need to send them a copy of my ID Card or my Passport witch I don't have and wont get quickly in this lock down period.

After numerous fights mails & online chats they asked again that we need to verify the accounts I explained to them that we cant verify our account because they "Plus500" dont want to accept our ID Book copies. The assistant said we need to up the documentation again so that they can review it again. So later that night we made color copies certify them and upload the documentation. The following day they have accepted my fathers ID Book documentation but again rejected mine !

I contacted them and asked them how does this work they ask us to upload the documentation we do that and my documentation get rejected again WHY ? They only answer I got was Plus500 hold the rights to decide...

so I thought to my self basically Plus500 work on a KNOTS & CROSSES system or who ever the person is who does the approvals that day if he had a bad day... guess what mmmm No ones accounts is approved to day.

I told them that this is DOUBLE standards ! How can they accept my Dad's documentation and not mine. I told them that they must HIGHLIGHT all this BULL before the time forcing the individual to have all those documentation in place before taking his money! Not first taking the money and then come with stories why you cant get your money back because Plus500 decided they DONT LIKE YOUR ID.

They at last decided to pay us out and now have closed our accounts. BE CAREFULL GUYS !!! Plus500 is full of STORIES when they need to pay out.
