Extremely bad customer service when it comes to my money

Very bad customer service, some of the worst i've ever seen. customer support just stops responding on whatsapp chats when you question them and then just close the conversation. Battling to get anything out of them and they're holding my money for themselves when i've asked them to reject the payment since the swift code was wrong. 2 months later and still no resolution from them. Please do not use their platform for investments
