I have on 2 separate occasions bought pies and I have had to throw them all away. This is at the +Plus shop in Witpoortjie, Roodepoort. When I phoned to speak to the manager Johnny, he is never in. I asked the lady who answered the telephone for Johnny's email address and was told I am complicated and needless to say never got the address. I emailed head office and Frank responded to my email on the 4/12/18 saying he will get back to me with further feedback. I have since sent numerous emails and still have had no feedback. It is good to know that Plus does not take customers and their complaints seriously and do not have the common courtesy to assist a client in resolving their issues. I have been a regular customer as the take aways are really not that bad. It is jus the pies and the service from said lady that answered the phone that I have issue with. But it seems I will have to take my business elsewhere.
