Unauthorised debit Orders from my bank account

<p>I have unauthorised Debit orders taken from my bank account where Plus Zone and Smart select are used as references. Both these companies have no authority to debit my account, let alone have my details!?!. I tried calling someone in charge at Plus Zone this moring and stated the serioussness of the matter to them as it involves ********** debits from my account, and was told they are in a meeting and will have to call me back. I tried several times to convince that it was urgent and even telling the receptionist that I intend posting a complaint on Hellepeter but even this was not sufficient motivation for a Mr Naidoo(apparantly a manager) at Plus Zone to speak to me immediately. I demand an explanation as to how they got my bank details and proof of authority for them to debit my account(which they do not have) and a refund. </p>
