A tough decision crossed our paths in last year to hold onto our 1st home in Bardale village. We had 2 agents prior to Nande Kotelana, who promised the world and the moon and failed to deliver, even after we asked if their prices were not putting us out of the market. Nande approached us and did a realistic assessment, gave factual reasoning and kept navigating this journey with us, from viewings to managing times and gripes with our tenants, right to the end.
