We had a pleasant experience with Kotie

We had a pleasant experience with Kotie. The only problem is that nobody is responding to our concern with regard to the sewage smell in our unit. I mentioned to Kotie that the owner from whom we are renting must take the problem up with the estate. It is really unpleasant to live with the smell everyday.
