Unacceptable behavior

We got there 15 minutes before our viewing time, and we let out agent know that we are there, she did not respond, the owners of the house (an elderly couple) told us we could come in when we said we'd wait they insisted and took us to the lounge to wait for the agent we had a pleasant chat with them about where they are going and how they were doing, they even said the agent was a lovely lady.

When she finally arrived she stormed in all hostile, I don't even think she greeted us and started berating the couple and us about safety and that we shouldn't have been let in, as I said this was very hostile and loud (I understand the point she made because safety does matter) but at that point we were embarrassed so we tried to laugh and apologize and she flew off again say don't you dare laugh this is serious, fed up with being spoken to like children we decide to leave and my mother walks first the agent physically blocked her from leaving which is unacceptable, she didn't try to talk properly or handle the situation she kept interrupting the couple and us, when we finally got past her she turned around and told them we'll they weren't interested anyway, we were definitely interested but didn't want to work with her further

This was a matter that could've been discussed privately with the couple not talk to us as if we are toddlers

She did apologize afterward via WhatsApp saying her clients safety come first, understable but we are also clients and that gives her no right to talk to us like that

We will not be working with them
