Horrible service by Plus Group Properties

Whatever you do, never rent with Plus Group Properties. I booked a viewing, when I came in for the viewing with the agent, the very same apartment was dirty, alcohol bottles on the floor, broken window, broken shower door and no curtain rails. I was informed these issues would be fixed before I move. After paying exorbitant amounts and signing the lease agreement, I move in to the apartment in the very same condition, I was told these issues would be fixed by the end of the day. Now I’m left with sleeping in an apartment with a broken window, broken shower door and no curtain rail (zero privacy because every passing person can peep through). So don’t be like me, don’t rent with Plus Group Properties/Rentals
