Happy with service received.

We were dissapointed that we had to cancel our lease because of the owner's broken promises, however PlusGroup really handled it so well. We were also fully refunded all the money we paid. Tnank you so so much for being so kind and understanding. Giving 4 starts because their communication from their agents could use some work, however overall I was happy with their service and support.
