Bad service everre

Worst rental group ever, I came across apart at Daffodil under this rental group, contacted the agent, he arranged viewing for me it was on 13 November 2025, i told him i like the apartment and would love to take it... On 18 November he sent me application form , on 19 November 2025 got approved, on 20 November 2025 , i signed lease agreement and paid deposit and admin fee, on lease form they stated that as soon as u pay deposit and admin fee they take the apartment away from market, on 26 November 2025 i paid remaining balance.. Which was rent for first month .. 2 days before i had to move in .. Their agent send me whatsApp telling me i cant move in because the apartment was assigned to someone else , so there was a mix up... I found myslf apartment in that 2 days.... Then i had to beg them to refund me. They just unprofessional.
