Appauling Service

Terrible experience with agent we have been trying to view a property for 2 weeks. Being the Festive Season we were prepared to wait for this week but have been treated with delayed responses if you are lucky but most of the time no response at all. Viewing was eventually scheduled for 10h00 today by last night he was waiting for owners to confirm and still no feedback. i tried to call the offices and the automation informed me that all agents are busy after trying a couple of times still no one was available to assist.
