Waited 1 month for new couch delivery. During delivery the couch fell off the truck. They promised me a new couch. Took another month. When couch delivered, one (of 6) fitting was loose. They told me that it was supposed to be like this. When I told them the other 5 are not, they changed their story and came and replace the fitting the next day. I showed them pictures of the fitting. It was an old used and damaged one. This is NOT a new couch. They just repaired the damaged cover sections. The frame is still damaged and bent. It is a terrible couch. I can not recommend them to anybody. They blatantly **** to me. Took my money. I have record of all the messages that was sent from them and the manager/owner/supplier. I can prove how they **** and then changed their story. The sales person was very friendly and helpful, but could only deal with what management gave her. I have never spoken to or met the the owner. That is it. Very bad, Stay away.
