But this company really disappointed me a lot. First after my trial subscription ended they automatically debitted my credit card $299 right off the bat.

They subsequently refunded almost same day with charge fees.

Two day later they **********ly debit $697 from my account without no courtesies whatsoever. I spoke to Katie and even though response seems decent, debitting my account without consent is bad reputation to you as a brand.

Anyways, please refund my money in full.
