I need to give this office a 5 star for the excellent service I received today. I came in and there where security to guide and explain the processes and the keep on checking if the line was moving. Wel done to them. I sat my allotted time which was my own fault because I was late however once I was taken to the consultant what absolute 💯 per ent service we received. I want to acknowledge Ms. Khunjulwa Baleni on her professionalism and dedication to serving us the customers of the City. We'll done Khunjulwa, what a wonderful experience we had and your kindness towards us. You deserve an award from the municipality fir excellent service. Thank you Mercia Dean Gregory Dean
