Refusal to fill order per client spec/purpose

My extended family & I, including aunt, uncle, stepfather to my partner, 3 cousins & others, have all been clients of this old establishment for approximately 5-10 years cumulative total. The fish is always good, &the oil is clean, which is important in a fishery. I order the more expensive kingklip (or salmon when available), & I have only had 2 prior problems with it in these years, &1 such was because a frozen piece had to be used, so the reason was understandable. I have always found the proprietors to be helpful, &willing. Since a new cashier has been appointed to this desk, lots of Bad Attitude has been suffered by my family. 3 pensioners are laughed to scorn by her when asking for smaller chips portions as a measure of economy, & on 1 occasion I actually had to ask her if there was a problem with us coming into the shop - are we a bother? Please note this follows on years of happy custom, such bad attitude suddenly, a shock. She appears to be in habit of \speaking down"to local populace. During September"
