Unfair dealings
Called them in for a possible leak detection and they found that the leak was from my neighbour's side that wa on the 26th May, now on the 2nd of June I received an sms reminder of a payment due to them, and I spoke to someone from their side to say but tlwhatvyhey were charging me was way too exuberant and that I would not be paying them as yet I will first come to their offices to clarify the charges amount... On the 8th I get another sms only this time from their attorneys saying that my account has been handed over to them. I mean it's only been 10 days that I have received a service from them and already I am handed ove, is it even lawful to do such.... Anyways I just want to say that they really suck at doing business and that they are pure *******s.
1:I have highly experienced Plumbers working for me and that costs money.
2:my vehicles uses fuel to get to the site.
3:our charges was R460.00 incl after spending an hour there,without there knowledge you would still be under the impression the problem was on your side and instead of approaching us properly you told us you where not going to pay and that is when we took legal action.
