Non compliant installation of new geyser

Plumbsure Plumbers, who claim to be registered plumbers, installed a new Kwikot geyser at my home, due to the old one developing a leak in April 2013. I was assured a 5 year guarantee on the geyser. On December 1st,2015 the geyser sprang a leak. Plumbsure Plumbers advised me to call the Kwikot as the geyser was still under guarantee .Kwikot sent a technician to inspect the geyser. The technician discovered that the geyser was installed incorrectly by Plumbsure Plumbers thus causing the leak and damage to the geyser. It was the same cause of damage as with the previous geyser. The guarantee on the geyser was immediately voided due to the non compliant installation by Plumbsure Plumbers.<br> On referring the matter back to Plumbsure Plumbers, all I got was an apology. They advised me to buy a new geyser at my cost or claim from my insurance. The insurance company repudiated my claim on the basis of the technical report.<br> I believe that if Plumbsure Plumbers had followed the correct procedures in the installation of the geyser as one would expect from a registered professional plumbing company, I would not have had this problem. <br> I expect them to replace the geyser at their cost.
