The business operator is a *****. They are not vat registered but charge you vat on the invoice. They lure you with a false 5 year workmanship guarantee which they don't adhere to. After charging over R25k for leak repairs they left me with leaking pipes and no hot water indefinitely. I had to pay another plumber to fix their work. Do not trust them.
