Unprofessional and Disappointing Customer Service

I recently purchased a tap head from this store, and it turned out to be the wrong fit for my sink. When I tried to return it just a few days later, the staff accused me of damaging the part, which was absolutely not true. The item was in the same condition as when I bought it, yet they refused to take it back or offer a refund.

It's extremely frustrating to be treated this way as a paying customer. I expect better professionalism and respect from a store. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this store to others.
