Unacceptable and sub par work and administration done by Plubmleak Cap

After a failed insurance claim for sub standard workmanship, I contracted Plumbleak Cape in to do the required repairs to my braai room. The repairs included replacing of roof sheets with new IBR sheets, waterproofing, new insulation, as well as installation of Isopine ceiling. Work was completed and I was assured that everything is correct and done according to standard.

Fast forward a couple of months. After the first big rainfall, the roof started leaking. Plumbleak was contacted and further inspection revealed that the waterproofing around the chimney was not done properly. They dispatched a team to 'fix' this and then said that they would come again the following Monday to double check the waterproofing during the time it rains. It turns out that the roof was still leaking. They continued to gut the ceiling and confirm the suspected problem. Was then told that repairs could only start the next day and the room had to stay gutted and leaking. Next day comes and nobody shows up. Only late afternoon, after sending multiple emails do I get a response telling me that work will now only start in 2 days (a public holiday). At this time I have found multiple additional issues with previous work. This included holes in the IBR, as well as old insulation used in places in conjunction with new insulation. After sending yet another email to them, I was informed that work will now only start in another week.

This is absolutely not acceptable and unprofessional.
