I was called within minutes of being advised by my insurer that this company would assist me.

The employees who were to inspect the problem and who were to submit a report attended my premises within under an hour. I received the quotation within an hour or two.

I was called by the company as I had not responded to their e-mail to advise me of this and to inform me which portion I would need to pay for myself

Upon accepting the quotation, I was assured the repair work would be completed the next day. A time to commence the work was agreed.

When I called the next morning to discuss an anomaly in the invoice, this was immediately rectified. The commencement of the repair work was rescheduled to be earlier, which I appreciated.

On both occasions the which the employees of the firm were to attend my premises to do the work, they arrived within less than 10 minutes of the estimated time.

The repair work was done well, the staff cleaned up properly after them. They we friendly, courteous and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about their trade. despite the difficult circumstances they persevered.
