Bad service and unprofessional conduct

What a nightmare using this company.. From not being able to stick to scheduled times and constantly making excuses. The supervisor Marcel was of no use either.. Constantly wanting to explain procedures but not getting to the route course of the actual issue with her employees lack of workmanship upon completing a waterleak on my premise. Also taking copper pipes which does not belong to them,then replacing it with pvc. Overall bad service for a company doing this for "years" like the supervisor kept mentioning.. I would not advice anyone using this company. Lack of professionalism , lack of communication, lack of understanding customer needs.
