Exceptional service

May I shout this company's name out from the rooftops please!

I was let down by a major retail chain who didn't have stock of toilets I needed for a renovation, despite taking my money with no refund to date, I was gun shy in making payment for more toilets, which aren't an inexpensive cost.

PlumbIt Online - www.plumbitonline.co.za - Firstly, your prices are amazing and secondly, but most importantly, the service I received from Gerhardt Luus was off the chart. I ordered very late on a Saturday, he emailed me at 8pm at night to say he'd received my order and was on it, and first thing on Monday morning, did he go above and beyond to deliver 3 toilets. Take a bow, sir!
