Do not use Plumbing Solutions in Cape Town

We had a geyser installed by Plumbing Solutions [https://plumbingsolution.co.za ] in Cape Town, on Thursday, 9 April, and from the start the water has not been heating.

Since reporting the issue, we have been given multiple confirmed times for them to return and fix it (Saturday, Monday, twice on Tuesday and Wednesday), but they have failed to show up each time without any proper follow-through.

We have made several attempts to resolve this directly and have given them ample opportunity to fix the problem, but there has been no resolution.

We are now left with a non-functioning geyser and no hot water, despite having paid for installation.

We wanted this resolved amicably but with multiple failures of keeping appointments and ignoring communication from us several times, we were forced to take legal action to recover the costs.

We had hoped the company would respond promptly and take responsibility for resolving this matter, but sadly they did not. Please do not use them!
