**** PLUMBER

**** Plumber beware. I called this plumber working under a different name (RS Plumbing) with a no hot water issue. Riaan Swart and his assistant replaced a valve and an element in the system on the day and demanded payment of R7500 before leaving the premises and promised me that I will have hot water by the evening.

The next day when I still had no hot water Riaan strung me along all morning with excuses (I have all voice recordings) but not once did he say when he will be coming back. Eventually at 2pm I got it out of him that he cannot do anything else for me.

My issues are as follows: 1. I asked for hot water and got everything else except hot water. 2. Demanding payments the way they do is fishy to say the least. 3. I called another plumber out at 2pm who fixed the problem that afternoon for R1500 and he pointed out that the element replaced was never even plugged in and the issue had nothing to do with the geysers but the hot water pump. They replaced what you knew how to do, and what they could charge for not knowing if it will work or not. Stay away.
