Rude Employees

I came across a plumbers@once driver blocking the entrance to the Kloof Civic Centre by going the wrong way down the one way entrance at 16:50 on Thursday 4 October 2018. He got aggressive with me when I identified to him that he was going the wrong way and told me I wasn't a metro cop. Does this excuse your drivers from following basic traffic rules. You claim to have friendly service, this was the exact opposite
