Don't use the service of Plumbers On Demand

Plumbers On Demand (Durbanville, Cape Town) was contracted by SunScan to install a Solar Geyser at my home this year. A few days later water started coming thru my roof into my bedroom ceiling right below where the geyser was installed. I called Plumber On Demand to send a plumber out, but the reception lady said no one was available to see to my emergency. I then contacted my home insurance on 09.04.2020 to assist with a leaking geyser / burst pipe. On arrival of the insurance plumber and after inspection the plumber found that the pressure valve that was installed was faulty and needed to be replaced (I had to pay for this). The pressure valve was leaking through the roof into the ceiling causing water damage to the bedroom ceiling. This was a result from the holes in the roof to connect the solar panels (I had to pay to have this also fixes on the day). There was no overflow pipe installed with the initial installation and the plumber installed an overflow pipe into the gutter.

I have for months asked Plumbers On Demand to refund me. They have not called me back nor have they refunded me. The insurance plumber's report outlines the bad installation that was done by Plumbers on Demand.
