Good service for Burst Retrofit Solar Geyser

I had a burst geyser which was a retrofit electric geyser linked to solar heating panels. My Bank Insurance company changed their policy to a Cash in Lieu payout for burst retrofit geysers. I was not that impressed with the service of the plumbers allocated so asked Plumbers On Call for a quote. Anna gave me a base quote without an inspection which impressed me. I was also told I could pay when the job was complete which was good. I asked them to come and inspect but be ready to do the work. They arrived on time, with the required geyser and did their inspection and confirmed the base quote would be fine. It was better priced than the plumbers allocated by my bank. They proceeded to do the job. They had to bring the new geyser in by lifting the roof tiles. The job was done by 4p.m having started around 12:30p.m. I had to inspect and get them to check the solar panel pump which they had had to disconnect, but the team were very responsive and resolved the issue (loose reconnection). Roof tiles and dust sheet were put back well and overall good response time, kept to their quote and a professional job. I had a good experience and certainly would recommend them.
