Unprofessional Plumber

Serious over kill for a blocked pipe that was invoiced at R7400 but agreed to pay Wayne R6500 after complaining that the cost was excessive. A week later the same pipe is blocked and he wont come out unless he gets paid again. Actually became quite arrogant about the fact that I lived in a fancy house and I wouldn't pay his full bill! I would AVOID this plumber. He is better at milking than plumbing.
