Oliver Crespin of Plumber-ER charged me R650 to look at my blocked and leaking toilet. He did nothing claiming that it required complete replacement and that my house sewer would cost me R2000-R3000 to fix. He could not find the actual plumbing to fix the blockage (this is a new house that I just purchased) and claimed the plumbing was hidden in the manhole under lots of sand. Later that day I found the plumbing was quite easy to find especially for a plumber who is supposed to know where to look. Please beware of this man.
