Excellent service

It is rare to come across service that leaves you with that "wow" factor. But today was just that. I had some plumbing issues and after loading a claim with Discovery, plumbcrew were sent out. I am not a fan of plumbing and when a young lady and gent climbed out the van I thought...... oh here we go. Elizabeth and Jabu, you left me in awe. Elizabeth answered any technical issue then she and Jabu got in and sorted out the issues. This team dynamic works. Karin kept me in the loop constantly, even updating prior to the repair. So the actual reason for the review. I was honestly impressed by how the repairs were affected by Elizabeth and Jabu. Having to have repairs done is tedious and frustrating however this repair left me feeling confident it was done 100% and FRFT. And thats the key. Way to go guys, thank you.
