Shocking service

Hi, My name is Winnie, I purchased a bath two weeks ago at Plumb Crazy, I then had it installed. I used the bath for 2 days then there was a crack in the bath. I contacted Plumb Crazy and dealt with Brian, he had their people come have a look & took pictures. They advised me they would come & remove the bath. I have not heard from them again. I have water running down my walls, & now its leaking everywhere in the bathroom & bedroom. I then again contacted them & Brian does not return any of my calls. I have now spoken to another person by the name of Andre, all he can tell me is Brian is on the road.<br> Your service is SHOCKING!!! Who will be paying for the damages to the wall now? I want this bath removed immediately. <br> Plumb Crazy owner should consider training their staff with customer service, especially if its their manufacturing problem.
