Does not supply products ordered AND paid for

Please be very careful of using Hans Smit from Plumb Water Wise for any solar geyser installations. We paid Hans in full for the installation of a solar geyser, pressure pump and electrical backup. After several excuses we had to forward warning letters stating that we will take further action should the geyser and extras not be installed by a certain date. He agreed on a date (4th appointment) for installation. He installed the solar geyser, but failed to install the pressure pump. We asked for a refund, and after several attempts, failed to receive same. We then asked Hans to rather just supply us with the unit, and that we will arrange for the installation. Also failed to deliver the unit. He has now blocked our numbers and ignores all communication methods.
