Very arrogant and umpleasant Plumber - Plumb Rite

The Insurance company, Zenith, appointed Plumb Rite - Barend Potgieter to exchange our Solar Geyser because the previous one burst. The job to our meaning, was poorly performed. In the first instance is the newe Geyser not performing as well as the precious one. If you ask him a question, he answers in a very "Nonchalant" way. You as customer do not have any right, according to him. He wrote a "non-compliance" report to the Insurance. When we asked him to give a quotation to rectify the problem, he only gave a quotation of R12 000.00. We told him that this is unacceptable and we want to know at least for what this quotation was. We never heard from him again. We cancelled the Insurance with Zenith also. If that is the kind of Contractors they appointed to a job at a customer, I think it is best that you cut ties with such a company.
